How to find solution of any problem [ Inspiring Story ]

A group of employees was working in a software company. It was a team of 30 employees. This team was young, energetic and dynamic team with keen enthusiasm and desire to learn and grow. The management decided to teach the employees about finding real solution to the problems.

The team was called to play a game in a banquet hall. The group was quite surprised as they were called for playing game. All reached the venue holding various thoughts. As they enter the hall, they found the hall decorated beautifully with colourfully with decorative papers and balloons all over the place. It was more like a kid’s play area, than a corporate meeting hall.
 

Everyone was surprised and gazed at each other. Also, there were huge box of balloons placed in a box at the centre of the hall. The team leader asked everyone to pick a balloon from the box and asked them to blow it. Every one happily picked a balloon and blew it.
 

Then the team leader asked them to write their names on their balloon, carefully so that the balloons don’t blow up. All tried to write their name on the balloon, but not everyone was successful. A few balloons blew up due to pressure and they were given another chance to use another balloon.

Those who fail to mark their name even after the second chance are ruled out of the game. After second chance, 25 employees were qualified for the next level. All the balloons were collected and then put into a room.

The team leader announced the employees to go to the room and pick the balloon that has their name on it. Also, he told them that no balloon should blow and warned them to be very careful!


All 25 employees reached the room, where the balloons carrying their name were thrown here and there. They were searching for the respective balloons carrying their name. While they were in a rush to find the respective balloons, they tried not to burst the balloons. It was almost 15 minutes and no one was able to find the balloon carrying their name.

The team called the second level of the game was over.

Here comes the third and final level. They asked the employees to pick any balloon in the room and give it to the person who is named in the balloon. Within a couple of minutes all balloons reached the hands of the respective employee and everyone reached the hall.

The team leader announced, this is called real solutions to the problems. Everyone is frantically hunting for solutions to the problems without understanding the ideal ways. Many times, sharing and helping others give you real solutions to all problems.

Help out each other to ease things.

Give someone the needed assistance and think of me [ Story ]

A man was driving his car, when he saw an old lady, stranded on the side of the road. He saw that she needed help. So he stopped his Pontiac near her Mercedes and got out.

He smiled, while he was approaching her, still she was worried, as nobody had stopped for hours. Moreover, he did not look safe as his appearance was so poor and shabby. He could see how frightened she was, so he tried to calm her: "I‘m here to help you, don‘t worry. My name is Bryan Anderson“.

The tire was flat, so he had to crawl under the car. While changing the tire, he got dirty and his hands were hurt. When the job was done, she asked how much she owed him for his help. Bryan smiled. He said:"If you really want to pay me back, the next time you see someone who needs help, give that person the needed assistance and think of me“.

On the same evening, the lady stopped by a small cafe. The place looked dingy. Then she saw a waitress nearly eight months pregnant, wiping her wet forehead with a towel. The waitress had a sweet friendly smile, although she had spent the whole day on her feet.

The lady wondered how someone who has so little, can be so kind. Then she remembered Bryan.

The lady had finished her meal and paid with a hundred dollar bill. The waitress went to get change and when she came back, the lady was gone. She left a note on the napkin: „You don‘t owe me anything. Somebody once helped me and now I‘m helping you. If you really want to pay me back, do not let this chain of love end with you“. The waitress found four more one hundred bills under the napkin.

That night the waitress came home earlier. She was thinking about the lady and the money she left. She was wondering how the lady could know how much she and her husband needed it? Especially now, when the baby will soon arrive.

She knew, that her husband worried about that so she was glad to tell him the good news. Then she kissed him and whispered „Now everything will be all right. I love you, Bryan Anderson“.

This is what makes you a truly motivational leader [ Story ]

Close to a battlefield over 200 years ago a rider passes a group of exhausted soldiers who were digging themselves into an important defensive position. Noticing their section leader was mounted as well, and shouting orders at the men to work faster, dig deeper and threatening to whip anyone that didn’t complete their work within the hour.

Asked by the stranger, “If this is so important why are you not helping?” The section leader advised that he is in charge, and the men must do as he says. The section leaders exact comments where, “You should help them yourself if you feel so strongly about it.”

Much to the surprise of the section leader the stranger dismounted, and worked in the trenches, side by side with the men until the job was finished. Once the work was done he congratulated the men, and approached the puzzled section leader.

“Next time your rank prevents you from supporting your men, you are to notify top command and I will provide a more permanent solution,” said the stranger, who was now up close and easily recognizable as General Washington.

This lesson is a fantastic one for supervisors and leaders that you are coaching to help them – help their own teams. The ultimate goal is to realize that you’re only a true leader if you’re willing to do the work of your team without complaint, when they need you most. This is what makes you a truly motivational leader.
